Additional costs:
The price includes bath and bed linen & beach towels (4) and includes 'normal' use of water and electricity. (For electricity we use 'normal' daily consumption up to 25kWh. If you use >25kWh per day, €0.55 per kWh will be charged. At the end of the stay, the extra usage consumption will be deducted from the deposit).

The price is excluded local tourist tax (7%), excl. final cleaning of 150€ and intermediate cleaning of 75€ per week (for stays from 9 nights an intermediate cleaning is done every 7 nights at 75 €). 

During the intermediate cleaning, we also change bath and bed linen. The amounts for these cleaning costs will be charged to the tenant by banktransfer the day before check-in.

There is a BBQ available, please leave it in hygienic and cleaned condition. If it needs additional cleaning after the end of the rental, 30€ will be deducted from the deposit.

The apartment has no washing machine, there is a launderette (M.R. Cleaning) on the Caracasbaaiweg, a 2-minute drive, and the laundry Het Washok is a 6-minute drive. You can generally bring your clothes in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.

Cancellation Policy:
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
• Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
